Meet Insurance Agent, Ellen “Sam” Scheer

Ellen “Sam” Scheer is an American Family Insurance Agent in Middleburg Heights. Her office includes herself and one full time licensed assistant. She has received the American Star Award for Customer Service for the past 11 years. She has also been Agent of the Month, Five Year Profit Leader, Life Agent of the Month, Dream Protector of the Month, All American, and Life Diamond Club member.

In the summer of 2000, Scheer received her insurance licenses and opened her agency offering auto, home, business and life insurance. Scheer has made insurance options not only flexible but expansive as her business grows to incorporate a one-stop shop for customers. Known as “Sam”, she is recognized and respected throughout the industry and is well known within networking circles in the area. She has a natural, intuitive ability to make it all about you, and she is a natural connector and does it seamlessly. Sam loves to educate and share with her clients while always listening so she can support and connect them to opportunities they need. Her clients will tell you she is warm, joyful, and authentic and they feel cared for by Sam. It’s not about selling insurance; it’s about protecting other’s dreams.

She is currently Past President of NAWBO Cleveland, a board member for the Renee Jones Empowerment Center, a long-time volunteer on the Selection Committee for Bad Girl Ventures, an organization that is supporting and encouraging entrepreneurs to grow into successful business women, and a past Disaster Team member with the Red Cross. Sam gives back to the community and shows her commitment in every action she takes.
